To Return or Exchange
Customer is able to return or exchange within 14 days of purchases for any reasons.
1. To return or exchange your purchased item must maintain in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging).
2. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by us. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
3.Customer is responsible for returning shipping fee
4. Refund will be issued within 5-10 business day from the day shipment is received. Please understand shipping and handling fee are non-refundable.
Cancellation
We always try our best to ship the orders as quickly as possible, once orders are shipped they cannot be canceled.
